You know that I wear multiple hats – Executive Coach, OD Coach, Life Coach, Mental Health Trainer, NLP Professional, Director – People practice at Professional Access Resources Consulting Pvt Ltd (PARC) and above all, Mother, Wife, Homemaker!

You might be already aware, NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. NLP is the science of understanding and leveraging one’s internal resources, in order to excel. Learning to understand one’s conscious and unconscious minds and bring about a choice of actions. NLP finds its application in various fields, from Sports to Education, to Business, to Team management to self-management! “Learning has no age”, NLP is all about experiencing rather than reading and learning and can be learnt by anyone at any age and stage. NLP helps in developing one’s ability to influence people around them and building positive and lasting relationships. In toto, NLP leads to excellence wherever applied!
