Dr. Munwari Padmanabhan (Dr. Moons) is a passionate persona! She wears multiple hats – Executive Coach, OD Coach, Life Coach, Mental Health Counselor, Trainer, DISC Certified Trimetrix Consultant, NFNLP Master Trainer and above all, Mother, Wife, Home maker!
She is a dynamic, business-aligned Human Resources Professional with over 3 decades of diversified experience from varied industries viz. IT, Product, Engineering, Service and Manufacturing. She has held key, director level positions in Mid-sized companies, prior to her current role as Director – People practice at Professional Access Resources Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (www.parc.in). An IIMB Alumna, acquired Doctoral Degree from Bharathidasan University in Women & Career related studies, Post Graduate in Social Work from the infamous Stella Maris College, Chennai.
Her positive approach and “never give up” attitude stems from her upbringing and life’s experiences. Dr. Moons leverages her knowledge, experience and passion, to nurture individuals attain Happiness in life through Excellence!
Pads (Padmanabhan) is a Coach, Business Mentor, HR and Management Consulting Professional and Trainer. He is NFNLP Certified Trainer, DISC Certifed Professional. His philosophy “Strike Gold… in Yourself!”, fuels his life.
Pads has rich, kaleidoscope of experience of over 3 decades working with various minds across industries. He has helped numerous organisations establish, turn around, grow and evolve through their HumanCapital. He is the Founder Director of PARC (Professional Access Resources Consulting Pvt. Ltd., www.parc.in), a comprehensive HR Consulting Organisation and Co-Founder of Dr Moons Academy.
