A combined session of batches of NLP that has commenced since February was organized on May 10, 2020, between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The session was hosted by Dr. Munwari Padmanabhan and co-hosted by Mr. Padmanabhan, both from PARC with an experience of 30 + 30 years, in helping the transformation process of people to be the best. It was an online virtual class owing to the nation-wide lockdown due to the Coronavirus pandemic. But even during these tough times, people have set out of their lazy, procrastinating self to unleash and improve their inner potential. More importantly, the NLP session being purely and traditionally live, in-person, the lockdown had brought it to a standstill. But as the saying goes, Time and tide wait for none”. They have commenced the fifth batch as of now. and one batch, called the Vintage (physical attendees), has passed out in March 2020. The Combined session had 35 plus participants from, all the five batches, and all walks of life, and as old as 17 years and as young as 63 years. This has reiterated the facts, “Age is never a barrier” and “It is never late to start working on you”. The session commenced with the newbies- or the youngest babies, as called by the trainers- presenting their introduction to NLP pictorial way. The youngest babies group commenced on May 8, 2020, on the Zoom Inc. platform. The group went to introduce themselves and tell the crowd what they thought is their purpose of training under NLP and why are they willing to do to reach their stars. With the NLP Coordinated Clap, pumping the energy into the crowd after every performance, the session entered the next phase of evaluating the Undergrads, who started their journey with NLP in April, had their projects on using the microgreens to germinate seeds exhibited. A truly inspiring project that focused on rebuilding the once green world and it was also a breath-taking vision to blend their goals into it. The session then dived into a group of High school musicals, where the participants had their vision boards shared and explained what is that they desire to have in their life. From a strong, happy relationship to a farmhouse, the vision board had every aspect of life they wanted to be covered. The vision boards are too powerful, “Pictures speak a thousand words more”. The main intention in the vision board is for the self to understand and prioritize what they want and need, and put it in front of the universe and also to oscillate with the same frequency. Because, as the law of attraction says, “You manifest what you oscillate with”. This was followed by the Vintages sharing their experience with NLP and the trainers, and also pumping the adrenaline into the newbies to expect surprises that shall mold their life for the best in the times to come. The session ended with sharing one learning and one feeling from each participant. The response had a wide field of view, with “NLP being a feeling that can only be experienced” and “Learning is possible only when you unlearn”. The session came to its end by 8:15 p.m. and everyone left with adrenaline rushing through their veins and ready to make the rest of the day productive, either with family or at work. It is mentionable that the virtual platform has been devised by the trainers in a way that is welcoming and a perfect place to learn. The students’ feedback on NLP and their initiative to continue it online, when most people binge and chill, to learn and chill and evolve is awe-inspiring for new people to give it a shot because, “One can try and fail, but must never fail to try”.
